Hi Al, I enjoyed the video and "got to be true to myself too!" If I could only get who "my self" is these days. My "self" feels in constant flux and is not so defined any more. I know I could define it by what I am percieving and somewhat by my past. But all of that seems to be in a constant state of dissolution.....the groundlessness we were talking about. At least I feel more comfortable with being with the instability and trust it too will shift at some point. I am heartened to see you expressing yourself in so many ways. Love to you. Ellen
